Objectives of our O&M Team:

Developments in operating procedures for different sections.
1. Schedule and prepare preventive maintenance process.
2. Ensure adherence and maintenance schedules.
3. Implementation of operation and maintenance schedule.
4. Reduction in auxiliary power consumption.
5. Development of defective notification system.
6. Maintaining a defect free plant.
7. Advise on the maintenance of inventory levels & all consumables including spare parts, tools, quantity management.
8. Devise procedures to operate the Plants with high availability and ability to operate with high efficiency.
9. Minimise the cost of operation & maintenance.

We also carry out O&M services for Ash Handling System, Coal Handling System, Water Distribution & Electrical Works in the form of Job Outsource, according to the client Planning and Designing. We concentrate on minimizing maintenance costs and follow well established systems, Standard Procedures and Manuals. We also extend our support services to Erection & pre-commissioning Stage.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN OPERATION & MAINTENANCE WORKS:- We contemplate on:

1. Day to day operations, including production planning, estimation, scheduling and execution.
2. Performance monitoring, diagnostics and efficiency enhancement.
3. Improve O&M systems, process and policies as per Client requirement.
4. Regular meetings with Clients for day to day operation activities.
5. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication     between Planning & Execution.
6. Ensuring organizations input turn into output in an efficient manner.
7. Services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of the organization.
8. Complete maintenance of facilities, plant equipment and utilities.
9. Carrying out routine schedule maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
10. Diagnosing breakdown problems.
11. Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working.
12. Liaising with client’s different departments.
13. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
14. Annual maintenance and overhauling.
15. Performance, Productivity analysis and maintenance report.
16. Improving health and safety policies and procedures
