Mr. A. K. Thapa is a Graduate Engineer (AMIE – Mech.) with specialization in Marine Engineering. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Administration. He started his carrier as an Engineer Officer in the steam ships of the Indian Navy & later switched over to Cement & Power Plants. He was associated with the complete fabrication, erection & commissioning of two Cement Plants (i.e. Hemadri Cements Ltd.,Vedadri, Jagayyapeta Mandal, Krishna Dist., A.P. & Ratna Cements (Yadwad) Ltd., Yadwad, Gokak Taluq, Belgaum Dist., Karnataka) & one Power Plant (HCL Agro Power Ltd., Vedadri, Jagayyapata, Krishna Dist., AP). He was then associated with these Units after commissioning as General Manager. He also worked with M/s.Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd. with the Operation & Maintenance of team as O&M in-charge for all the power plants under TEIL’s O&M contract. He has vast experience in Managing the Team(s), end to end consulting as well as supporting AMS part of Finance and SCM Modules. He has been leading projects across developments, Conversions and AMS for the last 10 years. He has extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and implementation of Finance.

Mr. K. Srinivasulu is having around 30 years of experience in various fields of Power Plant mainly operation and maintenance and also erection & commissioning. He worked with Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited for the period of 10 Years. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & having Proficiency in BOE. He is having very good experience in all the fields of Power Plants & is an expert in the operations and trouble shooting of AFBC Boilers. He has excellent communication, planning and execution skills & is Proficient in leading, motivating and monitoring teams eliciting superior results. He has expertise in Boiler pressure parts, Non-pressure parts fabrication and erection and Team Management. Adept at coordinating interdisciplinary and multicultural project teams; preparing of conceptual feasibility studies, design review of technical documentation; inspections for various processes and checking's of the quality standards. Demonstrated acumen in ensuring the processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

Mr. Trinadha Rao is having around 26 years of Extensive experience in application engineering and erection, testing, pre-commissioning & commissioning boiler & turbine generator (BTG) of power plants and CFBC & AFBC boilers and auxiliaries like ESPs and coal & ash handling systems. Deft in coordinating with clients, consultants, internal departments and site execution teams for achieving all project milestones & deadlines. Proficient in leading, motivating and monitoring teams eliciting superior results, Dedicated, results driven with excellent communication, planning and execution skills. Rich experience in dealing with all matters relating to power plant erection, Operation and Maintenance. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & having Proficiency in BOE. He started career with Sathavahana Ispat Ltd. in the year 1993. He was the in-charge of the Power Plant with 2 x 10 MW capacities with M/s.Maa Mahamaya Industries Pvt. Ltd. - a Mini Integrated Steel Plant at R.G.Peta in Vizianagaram Dist. The Power plant has been commissioned successfully under his leadership.
